Studio Notes
The studio work is coming along, although I can honestly say it feels like Mercury in retrograde pulled the emergency brake. Progress that had been moving forward in wonderful strides suddenly came to an abrupt and screeching halt.
The funny thing about building a creative business is that even when one area slows down, another seems to spring to life.
The KIT SWAN ARTWORKS™ sticker collection has been coming together beautifully, and I am beyond excited to finally share these little pieces of joy in the Etsy shop. Every new design feels like another small step toward opening day, and seeing the collection grow has been incredibly encouraging.
I've also been creating thank-you cards for future shop orders and exploring whimsical birthday coloring gifts. A little bit here, a little bit there—each project adding another brick to the foundation.
Sometimes progress doesn't look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like a stack of finished illustrations, a handful of sticker designs, a thank-you card, and another idea scribbled in a notebook.
Slowly, it all comes together.
And so will the shop.
